Working Principle of Hydraulic Tool holder
The hydraulic toolholder uses two concentric cylinders with gas expansion shafts to seal the two ends to form a cylindrical cavity, and fills one of the cylinders with hydraulic oil and applies a certain pressure to the oil, which is transmitted to each part of the cavity with equal values. The outer wall of the two concentric cylinders is thin and will expand outward after being pressurized, and the expansion and clamping of the inner hole and the outer diameter can be achieved according to this deformed thin wall. At this time, the thin wall is actually evenly bearing the oil pressure everywhere, so the clamping accuracy will be very high after tightening the inner hole and outer diameter of the parts.
